About Kevin Bunzeluk:
Kevin Bunzeluk grew up in the construction industry and, upon receiving this HBComm in 2007. He began investing in real estate when he purchased and moved into a vacant, run down six plex.
Kevin continued his Real Estate journey, as a seasonal construction labourer while honing his skills on his own projects over the winters until 2014, when he made the leap into becoming a full time real estate investor.
Over the years, he has expanded his portfolio by flipping homes and renovating multi family homes to rent. Having never been fully employed, Kevin has used creative strategies to purchase all his properties without using banks, often with none of this own money.
In 2018, Kevin became a licensed Realtor to help other investors.
